Are Consumers buying online for this Holidays?

“Among US internet users with a household income of $75,000 or more, online-only stores such as Amazon.com and eBay were the shopping venues of choice, cited by 71%” says E-marketer on one of the first articles on analytics and this holidays season.

When it comse to US consumers with a household income of $100,000 or more, numbers change: 45% planned to buy online, while 35% would do so in-store.

The most online buyed items are gift cards, and fashion items. However, in-store purchases are still strong, mainly because some consumers prefer to buy presents for a wide range of people all at once.
